We are a medium size agency managing in excess of 7000 Sectional Title units, Homeowners Associations, Retail Centres and Retirement Villages across Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Free State and Limpopo Province.

CSi Property Management is registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board, the Debt Collectors Council of South Africa and with the National Association of Managing Agents of South Africa.

We are also a member of the “Interest Group for Retirement Villages”. The Interest Group is a voluntary organization of the management bodies of Retirement homes.

  • Levy Budget Formulation to Assist with Property Sales
  • Facilitation of the Inaugural AGM
  • Clearance Figures and Certificates
  • Processing Insurance Claims

We are here to assist and advise the chosen Trustees or Directors in the execution of their duties, to the maximum benefit of the Body Corporate or Homeowners’ Association.   


TRUSTEES/DIRECTORS

Levies must be collected timeously in order for a scheme to meet its financial obligations. We make every effort to collect all outstanding levies within the ambit of the law.  If defaulting owners fail to comply and all other avenues have been exhausted, arrear accounts are handed over to attorneys for legal action and costs will be for the owners account.
